✅ 3D WEIGHT PLATE: The 8.75lbs plates have been designed for the North Gym 3D weight vest and fit perfectly into the front and back compartments. They have an ergonomic fit in three dimensions and are therefore comfortable on the upper body.
✅ MAX LOAD WEIGHT: All weight plates have the same ergonomic shape and can be combined as needed. Each North Gym 3D weight vest can be loaded with a maximum of up to 17.5lbs on ??each side.
✅ INDIVIDUAL: This set contains two 8.75lbs weight plates with blue powder coating, which can easily be added to the standard weight of a North Gym 3D weight vest. That way, the training load can be easily adapted to individual needs.
